Where is Krishacraft based?
Waterloo, Ontario. Shefali makes the pieces at her bench. Krishacraft is not a walk-in shop, so there is no counter to browse.
Local pickup is arranged in Kitchener-Waterloo and the Greater Toronto Area after you order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available in Kitchener-Waterloo and the GTA. Order on Etsy, or send a custom request, and Shefali confirms a time and a meeting point.
Please do not arrive unannounced. There is no storefront.
Do you ship?
Listed pieces ship through Etsy. The shipping rate is shown at Etsy checkout, not guessed on this site.
Custom and club orders can be shipped too. The quote says how, once the size and the destination are known. Shadow boxes are packed so the paper layers stay put.
How do club and team orders work?
Bulk medal and bib displays are the lead custom job: running clubs, swim teams, race directors, and anyone handing out the same idea with different names.
Send the sport, about how many, any colours, and the date you need them (a banquet, a year-end, a race weekend). Shefali replies with what is possible, the price, and the timing before you pay.
How long does a shadow box take?
Custom shadow boxes take 2–4 weeks. They are cut to order, layer by layer, so they are not sitting on a shelf.
Medal displays and lamps are made to order as well. Timing depends on the queue and the personalization, and it is confirmed when you order. If you have a date, say so at the start.
Can you personalize a medal display?
Yes. Typical lines are a name, a sport, a year, or a short dedication. Put the exact wording in the Etsy order or in a custom request.
If a line will not fit the layout, Shefali will say so before it is cut.
What are the pieces made with?
Medal hangers are wood or acrylic, laser-cut and engraved. Illusion lamps are acrylic with an LED base. Shadow boxes are layered paper with a light inside. The candle holder is wood.
A Bambu Lab 3D printer and a Cricut sit on the same bench, for printed parts and for the paper layers. This shop does not sell licensed character pieces.
How do I pay?
Each product has a Buy button. When a Stripe payment link has been added for that piece, the button says Buy now and opens Stripe. Until then, Buy on Etsy opens the Krishacraft listing and you pay with Etsy checkout.
Club and custom orders start with the request form. Payment is arranged once the quote is agreed.
Can I order something that is not listed?
Yes. Weddings, grads, corporate gifts, and one-off scenes are what the custom page is for. Send the date, the quantity, and what the piece needs to say.
If a job is outside what the laser, the printer, or the paper can do well, you will hear that plainly.
Where do the stars and the sales numbers come from?
The 5.0 rating is from 54 reviews on the Etsy shop, across 137 sales. Those reviews live on Etsy, not on this website.
Krishacraft has been on Etsy for about five years.
What if something arrives damaged?
Personalized and made-to-order pieces are cut for you. Purchases made on Etsy follow the shop policies posted there.
If a piece arrives damaged, write with a photo and the order details. Do not throw the packaging away until you have heard back.
