Available in Kitchener-Waterloo and the Greater Toronto Area. It is arranged after the order, not as a drop-in. Bring the order name. A shadow box is easier to carry than to ship, which is why pickup exists.

Krishacraft does not have a storefront. You order first. Shefali then sets a time and a meeting point, or the piece ships.
Shipping
Listed pieces ship through Etsy. The rate is calculated at Etsy checkout, so this site does not invent a flat fee. Custom and club orders include shipping in the quote when you ask for it.
If something arrives damaged
Personalized and made-to-order pieces are cut for you. Purchases made on Etsy follow the shop policies posted there.
If a piece arrives damaged, write with a photo and the order details. Do not throw the packaging away until you have heard back.
Timing
Custom shadow boxes take 2–4 weeks. Medal displays and lamps are made to order too; the timing is confirmed when you order, because it depends on the queue and the engraving. If a banquet or an anniversary is the point, say the date at the start.
Not a street address
Waterloo, Ontario
The studio city is Waterloo. Handoffs cover Kitchener-Waterloo and the GTA. There is no public counter, and no published street address, on purpose.
